I am sending items to Fred for him to sift thru with Pat and select what may be helpful from a technical point of view. I agree with Gil, the legal opinions are covered in house.

Rather than bombarding DM with emails, although a person or two have sent info direct, I prefer to have Fred/Pat be responsible to collect everything and do so. I also suspect but don't know for sure, Norris to be in touch at some point with Fred/Pat, and he certainly is in the loop with DM from the get go.

Norris, one of the most respected inventors of all time, does not need a patent revoked now does he? I'd be kicking and scratching if I were in his shoes.
