Taking a glass half full approach, I was wondering if these recent developments could end up being in our favor. As this board has and I am sure DM is also doing, the lawyers and the defendants must be reviewing the judge's opinion. Being that they are more skilled in the art than her and her clerks, might they be also realizing that the judge has erred and possibly they are realizing that their position is not nearly as strong as they may have thought? Obviously I wish this did not happen and the defendants currently seemingly have the upper hand, but the fight is not over.
