there can be no appeal until after a SJO or a trial and then it can be appealed. The appeals court does not have to hear but if it does you are looking at a 3-4 year wait for their ruling from now. I doubt will will go to trial until 2012.
I do believe that there will be some small monetary settlements but I am hoping that DM takes the case of at least one of the defendants to trial.
