What was stated at the markman is all that she is going to get. So an appeal is in the works and possibly a a date set for a trial.

Since this was just an opinion, EDIG should not see it as the end but that the future is in a trial where the facts presented will show before a jury that infringing took place and that this MH judge had her "OPINION" reversed.

She had some other motive for why she acts this way. The Phillips case must have had a negative impact on her and unfortunately her spite against DM is showing through.
