I understand the comments of frustration thinking maybe the judge is not a DM fan, but to be accused of such in not conducitng oneself within the law is suicide for the profession.

A techical error, interpretation by the judge and her team, yes...very possibly reality, but an outright get even tactic...no way.

Not that a judge here and there have not been found to be "dirty" but in this case I just think it's a lack of technical knowledge.

An opinion vs a definitive ruling is why I offer this thought.

Shoot...it's only 2 weeks max away...I think...lol.
