I believe our reaction comes from over confidence, based on all that we know technically, SS's 10 page report, the transcript, to be a near slam dunk in our favor. Thru no fault of the accurate reporting on that day, settlements before the hearing and after, we were "beating our chest" too soon.

OK, this is a set back...no doubt about it, but I remain feeling DM, Norris, Nunally and Falk are going to come up with a solution. Where this goes from here may take a while too.....
