Spec , Thank you for your well thought post . Even we base our thinking re Woody
inconclusive testimony , in my view thats part of extrinsic evidence. As you know
the majority reversal of claim constructon relied on intrinsic evidence , prosecution
history , specification and examiner interview. Extrinsic testimony does not have
that much influence on final claim construction outcome. Unfortunately the claim
is not clearly pointing to DSP ,Microprocessor and etc using RAM . However Woody
in his direct and cross exam was saying this is common knowledge and ordinary people
known about this .
