I understand and don't take it personally at all. My rationale is that it's now at the latter end of the 30 day window and there has been complete silence. Does it take this long to reply to the court on a matter that most here believe DM had prepared for in advance?

This is EDIG we are talking about and without rehashing the past, we have been on the stink end of the stick since 1999. Murphy's Law , I guess. So to say that DM would not bail doesn't acknowledge the possibility of them bailing. I don't want it and I'm almost positive nobody on this board wants it, but the possibilty does exist. This will also be the last time I raise this issue since the horse will probably be pronounced dead at the end of the 30 days. Also asking Fred today doesn't prevent an 8K coming out tomorrow stating different.
