Man getting old fast...lol.

I recall at the Nov-2009 SHM, a question was raised as to how long the IP monetization effort would take. Mind you, Dr Pat was retained in 2006 to do his thing, DM came along about 2007 and did theirs, resulting in an agreement, with the TX & filed upon Mar-2008.

The question was raised with respect to the Mar-2008 filing...how much longer to file against all 174+ companies, the reply was "4 - 6 years." A clarification followed that the company cannot do anything about the timing with the legal system...thus negating the answer...lol.

If Mar-2008 is the starting line, the finish line could be 3 years away or longer.

So, developing new tech, filing new patent apps while this legal stuff drags out, and the starting of the Inno Grp to focus on a future rev stream, gives me hope.

The SHM is only a month away...
