Speaking of the encryption patent pending, per Fred during the 3/14 webcast the company filed an RCE to the USPTO Oct-2010 and Pat was behind preparing the response. If I understand this correctly, this was the final office action sent to EDIG and if the response does not past muster it's over.

This thing has been in the works some 5 years?
