The patent is not invadilated....it's more narrowly construed by the court....

For now, with regard to 774, e.Digital has received an affirmation of one issue....it is now seeking the second.

When the court rules on flash memory related to 737.... depending on what the court considers of flash memory use for 737, ....which is digital requiring RAM resource.....if the court recognizes it as "pure digital"....

when used in combination with the 774 patent....will remove the narrowness.
