My court time question was in reference to claim construction item 5 of the 737.

DM's response included time line dates for discovery/documentation etc, yet defendants are objecting, then there's the issue of depositions in foreign countries where DM has agreed to allow more time.

I agree they will milk this to rack up billable hours...lol.

It took the court 5 months for and opinion on claim 1 only. No ruling was made on claim 2, the 737.

This entire court thing stinks.
