At this point, I can see an appeal but if over turned, why not settle vs risking a trial loss and possible treble damages? There is so much in play right now with DM's response, so much yet to play out, I'm more in a wait and see mode...then there's Pravda's NOOKIE is is that called NUNCHI? lol

Here are my what if's:

• The judge orders discovery to include the foreign arms of these outfits.
• 737 is construed in our favor.
• Defendants become squeezed and want out.
• All settle, yet probablt not big money.

Aint no legal guy, what do others think about various senarios?
