To the rest of you, there it is submitted by DM 2/19/10, the link between '774 and '737. Although seemingly ignored, or forgotten about, by f'g JK 1/28/11. Having said that, I don't think it will be ignored during the appeal process, which I think is DM's next step. If it goes to trial I think another judge will be assigned, which is good and bad. As I understand it, during a trial the MHR becomes very important.
