Good morning, or afternoon depending upon where you are,

On 8/9 I posted a message that was incorrect. I said that a trial would involve a new judge (Wishful thinking?), but I have since learned I was wrong. A trial, if it gets to that, will be JK. If it goes to the Appelate Court it will before a 9 judge tribunal. Sorry for the mis-information. I feel as dumb as JK.
