The way I see it, this "blunder" by the court I will call it, has us in a bad state of mind, and the pps is only part of it, it's the uncertainty of the entire process legally, to include the timing/delays. It's not only EDIG who faces running out of cash, it's many of us.

The saving grace is DM on the scene, and the next few months is critical. This thing could potentially do a 180 and have us dancing in the streets...so we wait it out.
