1. Origional published phrase: “a flash memory module which operates as sole memory of the received processed sound electrical signals(Analog) and is capable of retaining recorded digital information for storage in nonvolatile form” (Digital/Analog) (Claims 1 and 19 of the ‘774 Patent)

For now the court recognizes:

“a flash memory module which operates as sole memory of the received processed sound electrical signals"(Analog)

at minium(for that which it already considers) it should recognize:

“a flash memory module which operates as sole memory of the received processed sound electrical signals(Analog) and is capable of retaining recorded digital information for storage in nonvolatile form” (Analog) (Claim 19 of the ‘774 Patent)

That said, the phrase is an issue of Claim 1 as well.
