I forgot to mention that I definately think DM would have pulled out after the MH if they didn't think what you have made so clear was and is a workable game plan. Certainly other posters have speculated about why DM is still going forward, but because of your post we all have better understanding.

By-the-way, the post I was referring was "Here's What I Think", posted on 8/05. Not sure how I got confused. Age perhaps, and not fully understanding how to track previous posts, but now I do, and know it's not Threaded View or looking by hand.
