The most idiotic thing one can do at this time is to sell at these ridicuilous prices. The question is still being resolved. The judge had no idea what she was tal;king about and thats the reason for her "Ambiguous non decision. That decison is being challanged. You need to be patient.

People a lot smarter than you and I are in the cat bird seat and have a knowledge of how to challage this non decision legally. If the judge is reversed its curtains for her. Her non decision as far as I'm concerned was a s a result of the last time she was reverse and that DM was part of that.

For her not to read through the entire patten description and only partiallyexcepted it by cutting off the remaining sentance indicates to me she was pissed at DM.

In my opinion DM is being nice by trying to go through the back door where she then can reasonably change her opinion before she is reversed. Thats my take anyway. To sell at this time is fool hardy. Let just wait for the real developement to happen.
