PACER only reflects the RECORD of happenings in the Court, like Motions, Settlements, COMPLAINTS, DISMISSALS, ORDERS by th Judge, and so on. It has nothing to do wih what tranpires between the parties, like any letters sent by DM to defense counsel and vice versa...

So, if there is a PACER it will not be about defendants complying with DM requested documents. It will be about the ORDER by the judge that Youngwirth asked for.

Looks likewe may be in the good old $.08-09 Cents before the appearance of the Undecision by the time SHM takes place.
