Good news...glad to see HTC paid us.

If EDIG is in such a bad legal position, why aren't defendants just asking the court for summary judgment? Why are they paying EDIG license fees? It's either the defendants are worried:

• of a Markman reversal on appeal
• that "flash memory" in the '737 patent will be construed in favor of EDIG
• they have devices that don't use RAM
• all of the above.

I can only figure we are stronger than we think. Looking forward to some detailed ASM reports; thanks in advance.
