Gil, EDIG never asked the judge to reverse her ruling or admit that she erred. They merely indicated they "dispute the Court's construction" of "sole memory" of the '774 patent. EDIG has asked for a claim construction on "flash memory" with respect to the '737 patent and that all deadlines remain continued, except for some discovery issues.
