I don't prefer to make the issue formal. I suggest that those concerned either e-mail or call Fred and discuss their concern. I have sent Fred more than one e-mail expressing my thoughts and asked for clarification or answers. Since I received no response, I will have to continue to ask him to justify his position of a particular issue each time.

We collectively put together a list of questions for the shareholders meeting and Dischino stated the Fred said that he was not going to answer them. many on the list were fair and should have been discussed.

He stands by his secrecy code which I have to ask myself how can we evaluate the company or the management if we don't what is going on, there is no performance criteria to evaluate plans or achievement.

Actually we have only approved of Fred as a BOD, not as the President or his performance which the board controls.

It's a quandary.
