I never liked the idea of her on the board. I didn't see how she could contribute anything to help the company.

The problem with the ASM is that most people just vote for the directors without thinking. I have always voted against her election.

A board mamber should be required to attend, if not then remove the mamber.

I don't believe she has ever invested in the company, at least the data indicated she has zero shares. How's that for support?
