Doni-- Its not your decision that most here are all about. You have done more than your share to keep us abreast of things and we are expressing our many thanks for that.

So far we have had no expression of direction for the company. Neither in the litegation or what we might expect the company to do in the near term. To say that we here are miffed is to say the least, and for good reason.

The questions that were important to "US" we sluffed off as if they were not important. only 4 question out of 20 according to Joe. We deserve better than that. Though I can understand the BOD feelings about information dealing with Nunchi. We have been played by the big boys with their NDA that enabled them to work out their own system and at the same time delay delay and then to delay so that today these same ones are the ones we have in a violation of our pattens. I hope we don't find that happening with Nunchi.

To me the game is not over till the fat lady sings but at least give us time to learn what the music is all about. The BOD acted as if they did not know what the next step is or if they do refuse to let us their stock holders in on that.

We are down to 3 cents some of us were buyers at 24 bucks like me. I've hung in there and supported themuntil now in fact the reason they are still in business is because of those of us that hung in there. We did not jump ship, we bought more, we did what we could to help.

You and others have sent more information to BOD about the position of EDIG as far as the courts are concern. You at least deserve some indication of where we are going. Are The BOD really forced into silence or is it that they don't know where they stand either. Transparency should not be a gift but a nessesity. Its apparent we did not get both.
