DM has not appealed her ruling in edig markman and appears to be trying to settle the cases abeit small amounts. If everyone settles or the remaining cases are dropped, edig will await the ruling from the USPTO before moving on with tier three. It appears that they are trying to get enough capital together to wait out the oncoming drought. Hopefully nunchi will produce some revenue sooner than later as these reviews tend to drag on for years.
