They have income from recent settlements and they are, I believe, discussing settlements with the remaining 10 defendants.

To achieve approx 30 milliion net income they have to generate about 60 million from the settlements, this is split with DM and including expenses it comes close to a 50/50 split.

Is this possible, we will have to wait for the next few quarterly reports.
