Also note that the court has not responded to the joint motion regarding 737 with regard to "flash memory".

Fred knows more than you think and as long as the court does not respond with regard to the 737 issue, he has given us (me any way) a heads up .....

Settle out the target FlashR issues and lets move on....

They will eventually sort out the "Sole" memory issue as it relates to "flash memory"

When/if they do, the target will be huge...for all we know "flash memory" has nothing to do with FlashR....and may be the reason for the courts consideration.

Is there anyone here that can definitively tell me that FlashR includes "flash memory of claim 1 and claim 19?
Flash R is not a patent....it's a specific involvement of patents.....for now that is what settlements are based on.
