I know what the group stated that attended the ASM and the comments that F and C said.

With all the evidence as posted by GIL and Stain, I'm wondering what they think as to why DM dropped the case and is willing to go for settlements.

If the evidence is so strong against MK, why not continue. Perhaps the evidence is n ot as strong as some think, I'll go with that reasoning because of the current DM strategy.
