The lack of an Imation PR indicates EDIG may not have sold them a patent license. Since Imation was part of Exhibit B, perhaps their recent declarations of non-infringment convinced EDIG to simply dismiss them from the lawsuit. If we don't get a PR this week, this would seem likely to me.
