Could the new eDigital Innovation Group division become a spin off company for parent company eDigital and the new company retain the Nunchi patent?

Shareholders could get shares of the new company and the old company would be bought out for $xx per share by the big boys that want all of the other and future licensing agreements and patents that we have been fighting for.
