Reggie--I didn't forget. I've been reminding this site of what waS GOING ON FROM BEFORE THE JUDGES DECISION. bUT THERE COMES A TIME TO LET GO. There is nothing that we can do about what happened in the past. Its what happens from now on. Thats why I stated that I hope we have learned from the past mistakes especially with the NDA's that were sighed and that we had not protected ourselves from those that would use our information for themselves.

NDA's need to have as part of them assurences that if a conmpany decides to usen any or part of the information the non disclousure is null and void and that without a court scene they must agree to pay the millions its worth.

Without those assuences they can go to hell with their NDA's.
