Silver , If i'm not mistaken sakar bought out Vivatar which was our very first filing and solo if i might add , they filed bankcrupcy and sakar bought them out , they were our first shot at a markman and obvious easy win i would think !

I doubt they got off with a see ya later ! I don't think DM would have filed agaist them first if they didn't think they were an easy victory !
