I simply cannot see DM giving up with a week "Plaintiff objects" to the 7/28/2011 UN-DECISION. The OPINION by MK totally ignores the ecvdence in the case and is squarely contrary to the Phillips case. Jameson was wrong whn he told the Judge in MH that they had all learned from the PHILLIPS case. MK clearly did not learn a thing...
