IMO Jerry Polis,

this is part of his January sec filing..you can find the full doc on the edigital website, under investors,and then under SEC filing...then look at Jan 2011 amended filings..appears to hold voting power, IMO of over 15 million shares...believe this is Eric Polis's Dad....and they did the investing in mid 2004 or so before lic started...to my recollection.........
