I gather from various comments the last 2 SHM's, the Phillips case was felt to set a precident of sorts, and DM may have felt it favorable to file there, however, despite what many say here that they requested JMK, that is not at all true. She was assigned the case per company comments as well. Just bad luck as it turned out...
