I don't think we can do anything for now. I'm not sure, but I don't think the BOD can fire another Board member.

What we can do is ask the BOD to put on another SHM agenda item calling for more board members and that they are outside members.

And ask the current board members to reject approval of Renee in the next year or issue a referendum in the interim to eliminate her board position. Again, not sure this can be done, but we can ask as a group that owns as many as 100 million shares.
