My last comments on the topic...well, maybe...lol.
7 new patents are filed.
The encryption patent remains pending with an RCE to the USPTO Oct, 2010.
If a CE company can't see what we have...YET, they cannot engr around it. CE companies can certainly file new patents of tech similar to what they may think NUNCHI is, but if we filed 1st...capiche?
Had there been something filed before us, we'd not have taken this any further.
The impression we got was, a collaboration to develop NUNCHI is in play.
It's that simple as explained at the SHM...clear as a bell.
