At the SHM I asked Mr Cucamelli about 737 and when we might expect a ruling on it. He said in words that were quite forceful, "THE JUDGE IS DOING NOTHING ON 737. I asked him again, essentially the same question and received the same answer even more forcefully, "THE JUDGE IS NOT LOOKINJG AT OR DOING ANYTHING" on 737. The implication was "737 IS DEAD" I am sure those who were at the meeting heard the same thing.

These are Allen's exact words, and for this group there were about 10 or so witnesses.
