The technology for the `` secure `` Digeplayer belongs

to EDIG // not to the mfg. or to Wencor.

Therefor the mfg or Wencor can`t produce the Digeplater

without paying EDIG a royalty . EDIG can charge any price

they wish and the mfg/Wencor can pay the price or go

without the `` Secure Download feature `` All Wencor/APS

owns is the name.

It is my hope that Wencor/EDIG will work out their problems

At this point Wencor is our ONLY customer and it seems to

me that the decision is all in Wencors hands. EDIG has

said they will not give.
