I'm questioning who filed.....I'm reading Patterson Sheridan, LLP to be requesting a filing date....why would they be doing that if they filed for the re-exam?
I don't have time today to look at the exact filings ....though I do remember comments from the SMH that defendants filed for the re-Exam ?
