I was thinking the same thing.

License #14 occured between 6/28 & 8/17. No Pacer, and per Fred the company did not want to be named in a PR. I was thinking/guessing, with all of NOK's "problems'' we have been reading about the last several months, new CEO stepping in, product delays, market share declining, pps low 30's in late 2007, now 5.24 (close Fri), they might not want anymore bad press.

It would make sense, as did HTC, to settle at a lessor fee, cut the attorney costs short and get it over with.

Just a guess, so hope someone can confirm if they were outfit #2.

If so, does not mean they are #14...just an opinion.
