We have had 9 settlements/license agreements and 1 dismissal since.

Whether or not DM files round III before the reexams conclude, is a huge question that cannot be answered. The conversations 9/1 did not clear the air on this one.

Actions/timing by the court and the USPTO do not effect each other, so the legal types here have said.
