Problems with the judge and 774--we ask for review of 737 which we think will change the judge's ruling on 774 once the two are interconnected. Preliminary negative sounding comments from the patent office regarding the review of 774--the same examiner is handling 737. Hopefully when he has had a chance to review 737 and also puts the two together and our experts have their input we will be ok. Very nerve racking especially when we do not really know what is going on.
