In less than a year Brent Wood has more than doubled the number of airlines using the digEplayer, holds the title of the leader in portable IFE as well as ``Product of the Year`` honors and his ``product`` gets a mention in about every IFE article that mentions portable IFE...not Panasonic, not PEA or any other competitor.

With 18+ customers and counting, why would he switch horses when the product is still early to this market?

Satisfied customers, new and improved versions coming from the engineering team at EDIG, manufacturing channels running smoothly and customers happy with their new systems...all good stuff. While I am sure he would like to improve his margins when ever possible, it just doesn`t appear cost effective to reinvent the wheel with competitors are at your heels competing for the same space.

APS/Wencor should just continue charging forward and not look back...and hopefully have 40+ airlines by this time next year.

Remember, a year ago they weren`t even in the IFE business.
