Maybe our terms are being mixed up?

There was a PR saying "license # 13, then the next PR said license # 15.

I sat in Fred's office Aug 24th and asked him about this, and he said "the 14th license settlement and fee terms were not disclosed at the request of the company. It was a condition of the license settlement."

Fred also fielded several emails asking who #14 was, one person even asked him if he could count (LOL) and he replied to them as he did me.

Again, I am just guessing NOK was #14.
