i don't think that was a good idea. If that company has sufficient capital, they could formulate a buy out at a very low price. right now we sit at less than $.01 per share net equity and it is possible they could buy enough to get control. Would you like to see an offer of $.25 or $.50 or at least less than a dollar.

I think it is up to management to decide who they would like to partner with and it should be a leader in the industry with expertise in the areas we lack.
