I use to think like that, and I did preface my comments taking into consideration the operational cash issues, but my premise included more expected settlements. (150+)
As for staying in business, to what purpose? To keep paying salaries with a diminishing shareholder value? A $7.5 million marketcap??? Are you kidding me?
We were all here for the Flash R and now Nunchi. Both are moving forward, most notably, the Flash R effort which generates a profit. Beyond that I see no other business plan that requires cash.
At what point is EDIG undervalued? At what point is there a better time to buy back shares assuming Flash R and Nunchi move forward? If they don't move forward then it makes no difference and it will not matter how many shares are outstanding.
So, does management make a statement by investing and believing in itself and at the same time, increase shareholder value? The fewer the shares out the larger your personal stake becomes.
Perhaps it is too soon and they are waiting to step in a .005. Great.
Management is suppose to lead on more than one level.
Where is the leadership?
