Not to be a pest and disagree with you, but I do need to clarify something re: 20 questions for everyone.

I did not bring the list with me and frankly having sent it Aug 20th and never looked at it again, and did not remember that many of them, when I asked if he was going to address our list he said no, realized he said it in a slightly rude manner and I think I gave him a smerk...lol, then he said "do you have any you'd like to bring up" and I said "if you are not going to answer any of them then never mind."

When I got home and reviewed the list, this is the result:

So, of the 4 considered "appropriate" and good legitimate questions that can be addressed in public one way or another, these were touched on indirectly during the presentation either Fred, Pat or Allen.

Before the webcast we sent 23 questions. In his opening comments he mentioned having a list of questions and he'd address them directly or indirectly. He even read a few then answered them, thus directly. I listened to the webcast 3 times over about 6 weeks or so, and 18 of 23 were covered.

So, if anyone misunderstood my reporting that day on this topic, I hope this clears the air.

Bottom line, we did a better job pre-webcast coming up with a list than the SHM...LOL. In fact without or 23 questions the webcast would have been many minutes shorter, so good job gang...lol.

Poor Fred can't do anything right for this MOB.
