I will agree that a Nunchi update is due shareholders before this quarter concludes, considering the timeline management laid out for shareholders last March. We need to know what and how Nunchi works and what it can deliver in the future, otherwise how does one value the investment potential with that technology? Currently the market has discounted its value and we don't even know what it really is yet.

Nunally was really excited about Nunchi and could not wait to share more details. What happened to that?

No summer partnerships or Nunchi progress as far as we know. Nunally said he hoped to have flushed the website by last summer. To date, nada but a blank website.

To their credit, the Flash-R efforts are in full progress and new patents are filed and/or being filed and there is a revenue stream as a result. An update there is also a reasonable request.

I don't think it is "off with their heads" time yet until we see a response as to their progress and we see round 2 concluded, along with a round 3 launched. They have done all they can on the Flash-R front and it is DM calling those shots for the most part.

A flurry of new settlements should calm the waters, but a Nunchi update is not an unreasonable request.
